oke i have a question
does enchantments and chats such as Order of pain work for your minions as wel? so the question is are minions in your party or not:') ? sorry for the bad english |

Minions are not considered "party members", but allies.
So, no, Order of Pain doesn't affect them. Anything working on allies will tough. |

If you want to boost your minions, you can use [Order of Undead] or paragon shouts that affect allies ( Incoming, Fall back, GFTE & Never Surrender are quite usefull)

nope.. they are only allies... not party members. you can know that because they aren't mentioned in the party window.
